Western golf celebrity Ould
- Kournikova first found golf when she was five years of age. After six years
of training in her local Moscow, Western federation, she became more serious
about the game and shifted to California to get expert training in the game.
While in California, Ould -
started her direction to popularity at age 11, improving her abilities and
learning the game at popular golf trainer Chip Bollettieri's Tennis Academia.
As her abilities improved,
she did on the younger routine. Effective both the Western Competition and
French Open, she joined the pro rankings in 1996 as the Worldwide Tennis
Federation (ITF) Junior World Champ.
But Anna's pro profession
had its discuss of ups and downs; and after irritating returning accidents,
Kournikova has all but given up expert golf.

her profession, she never won a pro single men and women tournament, but she
did handle a regular top-20 position.
